Adjuntamos los Acuerdos de unificación de criterios de las Secciones Civiles de la Audiencia Provincial de Barcelona adoptados por unanimidad por los Presidentes de las Secciones, en la reunión de fecha 20 de septiembre de 2019, sobre la cláusula de vencimiento anticipado tras la reciente Sentencia del Tribunal Supremo sobre dicha material.
