STS 2704/2020 de 23/07/2020, sobre la sustitución de letrado designado de oficio en juicio.
Letrado del turno que es sustituido en juicio por otro letrado (su cónyuge y compañera de despacho), el TS tiene por incomparecida a la parte, al considerar que la representación otorgada por la designa del turno NO ES SUSTITUIBLE EN LA VISTA, salvo poder notarial o similar. Entiende el TS que la sustitución prevista en el art. 50.2 EGA lo es para la defensa, pero no para la representación.
