Adjuntamos una sentencia del Tribunal Supremo que analiza los honorarios profesionales y el control de transparencia en un contrato de prestación de servicios jurídicos por un abogado.
En el supuesto enjuiciado no existía contrato escrito ni hoja de encargo, y por tanto no habia referencia alguna al modo de cálculo de los honorarios.
Entiende el Supremo que la aplicación de los Criterios Orientadores del colegio correspondiente (que según dice tienen el carácter de «mínimos») no es abusiva (aunque si falta de transparencia, al no existir hoja de encargo).
