La Sección 15ª de Barcelona ha dictado una sentencia en la que declara que no es abusivo que el banco determine que los pagos deben realizarse en una cuenta de la entidad, pero si es abusivo que luego cobre comisiones sobre la cuenta, si dicha cuenta se mantiene exclusivamente con dicho fin (el del pago de la hipoteca).
